My name is Keith Hamilton. I retired as a Captain after 33 years of service with the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco (ABT). As a public servant, I worked throughout the state navigating some of the most complex and turbulent situations the Division has ever faced, from governmental pressures on local businesses to leveling the playing field for alcohol and tobacco operators across Florida.

For many years I spoke with the authority of the Division. Today I speak with the knowledge of it, and a better understanding of what the industry truly wants, so I can deliver exactly what it needs.

That spirit of public service is what drives us. We believe local businesses are the backbone of every community, and it is our mission to help them grow, stay compliant, and thrive. Christine Gazard retired as a Master Inspector for the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco (ABT) after 32 combined years, including four years with Hotels and Restaurants and 28 years with the Division. She is a Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) application specialist and Responsible Vendor Program trainer who manages all client operations, filings, and case coordination so your application is always moving forward.
